Pricing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Plan and billing in the app and you keep your plan until the end of the billing period.
What counts as a meme?
Removing the background of one clip up to 15 seconds. A longer clip counts once for every started 15 seconds, so a 40-second clip is 3 memes. Failed removals don't count. Picking people, editing, captions and reusing a saved cut-out don't use memes.
Are there other limits?
Fair-use limits keep the service fast for everyone: time for picking people (Pro 80 min, Studio 225 min a month) and exports, again and from the library included (Pro 120, Studio 450 a month). A normal meme uses one or two minutes of picking.
Do unused memes roll over?
No. They renew every month on the day your subscription started, on yearly plans too.
What happens to my memes if I cancel?
Your saved people and the videos you made on the plan stay for 90 days after the subscription ends, so you can download them; we email you 30 and 7 days before they are deleted. Subscribe again and nothing is deleted.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. A year costs ten months, billed at once.
Which currency do I pay in?
In euros, or in US dollars in the United States. The checkout can show the price in your own currency at the day's rate. Prices include tax.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Payments are handled by Stripe: Link, Stripe's checkout, sells the subscription on our behalf and sends your receipts.
